Abstract

|
A three years old female patient was admitted to the hospital of Chung-Ang university on April 18, 1983 with chief complain of abdomnal mass. Her mother noticed the palpating abdominal mass about 1 year piror to admission, and the mass was progressive growth, but there was no subjective symptom such as abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting. On laparatomy the mass revealed single, and unilocular cystic mass of the greate omentum, and it measured 10 x 9 x 3cm and weighing 1.5kg. The surface of the mass was smooth and greish color, and contained dark greenish colored fluid.
It was reported a case of omental cyst and reviewed literature.
